Named after the Arabic expression bil-ṣiḥḥa wal-ʿāfiyah ("with health and well-being"), the Afiyah Pendant features a one-of-a-kind antique pear diamond set within a sculptural platinum bezel, suspended from an 18k yellow gold bail accented by an old mine cut diamond.
The pendant pictured showcases a truly one-of-a-kind antique diamond. While this exact stone cannot be recreated, the Afiyah Pendant can be made with another carefully sourced diamond or gem (one version is shown with a smaller, more modern diamond). Every Afiyah Pendant is build around its center stone.
Available with our EF signature hinged bail, allowing the pendant to be easily added to or removed from chains and many tennis necklaces without removing the necklace clasp, or with a traditional fixed bail.
