Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order. Please refer to the individual product page for a processing time estimate.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will be thoughtfully packaged, insured, and will require a signature upon delivery. Domestic orders typically arrive within two to three days of shipping.

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In that case, the recipient is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend it.

International orders and customs

We're happy to offer international shipping for most pieces, but please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order, as we may need to add a shipping option for your country.

Import duties, VAT, GST and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are set by your country's customs office, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are typically due at delivery.

What to expect

For orders shipping to Australia, the UK, the EU and Canada, taxes and duties are commonly applied to fine jewelry. These are calculated on the total value of the piece, including shipping and insurance. Some countries also charge a small customs clearance or processing fee.

Customs delays

International orders may be delayed at customs. We do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, but once a package leaves our hands we cannot expedite or bypass customs clearance.
