Return Policy

All of our purchasable pieces are made to order, which means we make them just for you. Due to the custom nature of made to order items, we do not issue returns / refunds.

We know sizing can be tricky, so if you find your ring needs to be resized (provided it’s resizable), or your necklace needs to be shortened, we will happily make a complimentary one time adjustment. If you're located outside of NYC, you’ll be responsible for shipping your piece to us, as well as return postage.

In the event that you notice damage to your piece upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
